Today there is substantial medical and scientific evidence to show that the very fundamentals of the activity of your brain,your chemistry,even your genetic content can be changed by practicising different systems of yoga.By yoga you can change the shape of yourself.
        According to the ancient Hindu mythological scriptures"yoga deals extensively with every aspect of our life.It can be your work environment,physical or mental health ,relationship with family and friends or your relationship with greatest power."
         It is practised for better health and relaxation.These practices include,

                                * Simple meditation
                           
     * Asanas
           Yoga is an ancient art,the continued practice of which will harmonize your body,mind and soul.It is believed that sole purpose of yoga is to merge with the supreme soul and eradicate all negative and momentary emotions.
